Feast One Hundred & Seventy Seven
Appetizer: How many times per day do you usually laugh?
Oooh, that’s a hard one since I laugh many times during the day. I never thought about counting or what made me laugh. I shall have to pay attention to this for a day and find out what is making me laugh. Plus, laughter is such good medicine.
Soup: What do your sunglasses look like?
They look like my regular glasses since I have the type of lenses that darken the brighter it is outside.
Salad: You win a free trip to anywhere on your continent, but you have to travel by train. Where do you go?
I would travel from the West Coast to the East Coast and stopping along the way to sightsee.
Main Course: Name one thing you consider a great quality about living in your town/city.
The ocean.
Dessert: If the sky could be another color, what color do you think would look best?
I feel the sky would be great in the color of green or purple.

Weather Report:
Well, the rain began on Monday and it hasn’t stopped. Today we had wind gusts with the rain. The meteorologists are telling us that this inclement weather should be running out of steam over the weekend.
I certainly hope so. I can stand some rain and we certainly need it, but after awhile, I’m ready for some sunshine. Besides, I had to cancel my manicure this morning because of the rain.
I get anxious enough in regular weather when driving but add rain in the mix and my anxiety level climbs the scale. Anyway, I rescheduled my appointment for next week. May the weather goddesses smile one me.

Although I had written earlier I would write about the new addition to our family today, I will share that with you tomorrow.

I like your quote for today, Em. I must be a gazillionnaire because I am always feeling totally “spent”!
When you hop that train and come East, I hope before you go to Maine that you stop off at Crow Cottage for a little visit…we’d love to have you!
I love traveling by train! One of my wishes (that won’t ever happen) is to travel all over the country by train. But I’d want to get off in a lot of cities and see the part that isn’t next to the tracks.
Bex: Thanks for your comment. Oh I would definitely stop off to visit you and Paul and the puppies.
Hi l’empress: The one and only train ride I can remember was from Kansas to New Orleans. It was truly a fun ride though I found I would get motion sickness when I attempted to read. The other thing that was uncomfortable was that we didn’t get a sleeper and trying to sleep in our chairs was not fun. However, I would still do it again.
